This Mobile Auto Detailing Agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Royal Auto Care, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Royal Auto Care”, “contractor”, “us” or “we”) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service you agree to the full terms of this agreement, without modification by you. By using the services of Royal Auto Care you hereby agree to the following terms:
We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore the vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. We will conduct a final inspection together, with you, at the end of the job. If, after the final inspection and we have left, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. Royal Auto Care will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with our contractor.
Client will give Contractor access to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document insures that you authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so determined by our contractor.
We also carry the right at the discretion of Royal Auto Care to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish on its website (www.royalautocarenc.com) or any of our Social Media. These photos will never be sold or given to third parties.
Royal Auto Care will notify customers to reschedule appointments if the weather change either for rain or excessive heat. We will reschedule for the next available day.
With this extra touch comes some responsibility on the customer. Cancellations are very costly to our small business. Of course, we expect things like rainy days and other forces of nature and understand that hey, “emergencies happen.” Should this happen, we will try to accommodate you as best we can, but we ask that you try as hard to keep all appointments with us as we do for you. Also, given unexpected circumstances do to traffic, weather (extreme heat or rainy conditions), or other unavoidable delays or circumstances we will contact you within a reasonable time in case of any delay, from our behalf, with an approximate time of arrival OR if you may chose to change your appointment to another date for your convenience.
It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles, tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don’t work, or become loose and cracked without the owner’s knowledge, therefore should Royal Auto Care representative find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken we will bring it to your attention, therefore you agree not to hold Royal Auto Care responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car. Dirt can hide exterior imperfections like swirl marks, scratches, dings, dents, paint chips, fine lines, marks, cracked windshield, hard water stains, and burned paint. Should Royal Auto Care representative find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware, however, Royal Auto Care will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections if your service does not include it. Royal Auto Care will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of.
Businesses had to make changes in their operations to address health and safety concern for our team. If you or your vehicle have been exposed to COVID-19 recently or if there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, chemicals, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your detail technician know prior to your detail.
At Royal Auto Care, our reputation is based on quality service, and we will not take shortcuts to affect the integrity of our work. If services are not allowed the full amount of time required, that will result in inferior service and potential errors so please plan ahead and schedule accordingly. We will make our best efforts to ensure that deadlines are met, but there may be some circumstances that will require more time than initially estimated. If the original diagnosis has changed, we will keep you informed throughout the process and recommend a different course of action, if necessary.
Customers can reschedule another appointment giving 24hrs notice of original appointment.
The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated as “Total Cost” on the service package order. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved by us to complete the “job” you requested and not for any specific outcome. The amount of time reserved is an estimate since the condition of each vehicle varies. It is possible that the job could be less or more than the time reserved. In the event that your job is completed in less time, the fee will remain the same and will not be adjusted. However, if a job will take longer than estimated, we will let you know once we know and about how much additional time it will take. If you choose not to have additional time then we will do the best job possible during the remaining time available. Payment is due on the date of service. We accept cash, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Please do not leave any payments in the vehicle.
Pull out or remove any seats or equipment.
You will receive a $10 discount on your next service for referring a new client to Royal Auto Care. This discount becomes effective after the referred client’s first service and payment. Please email or text us the new client’s name and address and we will ensure this credit reflects on your next invoice.
By using our services you hereby understand that Royal Auto Care does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our detailing services. All Sales are Final.
